Founded on 1896, Quoc Hoc is the first and oldest high school in Vietnam. The school has been known as a place that promotes various generations of patriotism, industriousness and artists. In the year 2013, the school won 52 national prizes in all subjects, including mathematics, informatics, physics, chemistry, biology, foreign languages, etc.

Hue is the imperial capital of Vietnam under the Nguyen dynasty. Being a romantic city, she captures the heart of some most prominent musicians: Nguyen Van Thuong, Van Giang, Le Dinh, Pham Duy, Anh Bang, Trinh Cong Son, Chau Ky, Vo Ta Han and so on.
